Refunds:

 

Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Customers can cancel orders any time before it has been dispatched. A full refund for such cancellations will be initiated within three working days of receiving the cancellation request. The refunded amount will be credited back to your source account within three to ten working days, depending on the payment method used.

 

Cancellation After Dispatch:

If the order has already been dispatched, customer may choose not to accept the delivery at his/her doorstep. Upon non-acceptance, the order will be automatically cancelled once the goods are returned to our facility. A nominal cancellation fee of ₹200 will be charged to cover transportation costs. However, customers will receive 200 leaves equivalent to ₹200, which can be used for future orders.

 

Condition of Products: 

All products must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds for eligible returns will be initiated within three working days of receiving the returned product at our facility. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on the payment method used and typically varies from three to ten working days.

 

Replacement:

Replacement shall be subject to the sole discretion of the company in cases where the customer has received damaged product or the product received is different from the specifications of the item ordered. The replacement shall be provided within 5-7 working days from the date of request for replacement. Request for replacement can be raised within 3 days of delivery of order.
