• 180ml hot (not boiling) water or milk
  

• Sugar or sweetener (optional)

Steps:

1. Tear and open the pouch inside
   

2. Expand the filter flags and slide them on the wall of the cup
   

3. Pour hot water (180 ml) slowly into the filter 

4. Wait for 2 minutes and savour the perfection
